Here’s some helpful career advice.
#1: If you lead off by talking about your commitment to “ethics,” be prepared to handle questions about “responsibility.”
#2: If you’re a CEO making millions, don’t give such lame answers to Elizabeth Warren that you look like a dufus.
#3: If your company is caught doing a pile of unquestionable things, don’t think you’re going to get anywhere debating terminology. It doesn’t matter whether it was a “scheme” or something else. You’re the CEO. Accept responsibility in some meaningful way.
