5.20.15 NYT “Platinum Pay in Ivory Towers.”
This is nothing more than an infection spreading from business to academics. It’s bad enough to see Boards of Directors being conned, but Boards of Trustees at colleges and universities? Somebody needs to clean house and get in Trustees who are willing to look at hard data, understand fairness and reject the ‘superstar’ model of executive leadership. It’s already cost us far too much in business!
